SMS code not working or expired

Codes expire after a few minutes.

If your code isn't working:

• Request a new code

• Enter it promptly

• Check you're entering the full code exactly as sent

• Use only the most recent code (older codes won't work)

Common errors you may see:

"Code expired" — Request a new code

"Invalid code" — Check the digits are correct, with no spaces

"Too many attempts" — Wait a few minutes, then request a new code

Each code can only be used once. If you request multiple codes, only the newest one will work.
