Didn't receive your SMS code?

Your code should usually arrive within a minute.

Try these steps:

• Check your Messages app directly (not just notifications)

• Wait a minute before requesting another code

• Make sure you selected the correct country and entered the right number

• Restart your phone

• Request a new code

If you're traveling:

• Connect to WiFi

• International delivery can take a couple of minutes

Using a VoIP or virtual number?

Number apps and some VoIP services can't always receive verification codes. If possible, use your main mobile number.

Carrier blocking:

Our codes are sent from toll-free numbers in the US and Canada (and appear from the sender name VerifyYou in many other countries). Some carriers block automated messages, so ask your carrier to unblock automated or toll-free messages. See Carrier blocking SMS codes for carrier-specific steps.

If codes still don't arrive after several minutes, contact the business or app you were verifying for.
