Didn't receive your SMS code?

Your code should arrive within 30-60 seconds.

Try these steps:

  • Check your Messages app directly (not just notifications)

  • Wait 60 seconds

  • Make sure you selected the correct country and entered the right number

  • Restart your phone

  • Request a new code

If you're traveling:

  • Connect to WiFi

  • Disable any VPN — VPNs can interfere with text message delivery

  • Wait 2-3 minutes (international texts can be slower)

Carrier blocking:

Some carriers block automated messages. Contact your carrier to enable short code messages.

Common carriers:

  • T-Mobile: Disable content filtering (wait 24 hours)

  • AT&T: Call 611, disable Smart Limits

  • Verizon: Disable SMS spam filtering in My Verizon

If codes don't arrive after 15 minutes, contact support.
