Didn't receive your SMS code?

Your code should usually arrive within a minute.

Try these steps:

  • Check your Messages app directly (not just notifications)

  • Wait a minute before requesting another code

  • Make sure you selected the correct country and entered the right number

  • Restart your phone

  • Request a new code

If you're traveling:

  • Connect to WiFi

  • International delivery can take a couple of minutes

Using a VoIP or virtual number?

Number apps and some VoIP services can't always receive verification codes. If possible, use your main mobile number.

Carrier blocking:

Our codes are sent from toll-free numbers in the US and Canada (and appear from the sender name VerifyYou in many other countries). Some carriers block automated messages — ask your carrier to unblock automated or toll-free messages. See Carrier blocking SMS codes for carrier-specific steps.

If codes still don't arrive after several minutes, contact support.
