International SMS issues

International text messages can take a couple of minutes to arrive. Wait a couple of minutes before requesting a new code.

If you're roaming:

• Enable SMS roaming in device settings

• Confirm you can receive international texts

• Try connecting to WiFi

If you have a foreign number:

• Make sure you selected the correct country when entering your phone number

• Check your carrier's roaming settings

• Verify you can receive texts from international senders

Using a VoIP or virtual number?

Number apps and some VoIP services can't always receive verification codes. If possible, use your main mobile number.
