Why was my verification denied?
If your verification is denied — you may see "Human is not confirmed" — it means our system wasn't able to confirm your verification.
This can happen because:
The camera check images weren't clear enough — often due to lighting, focus, or something covering your face
The system detected a potential issue during the check
If you've already verified before:
VerifyYou allows one account per person. If our system finds you've already verified, a new attempt won't pass and retrying won't help. If you've never used VerifyYou before and think this is a mistake, contact support and we'll look into it.
What you can do:
If you believe this is a mistake, tap the Contact Support button on that screen and our team will help.
When contacting support, it helps to include:
The platform you were verifying on and the approximate date and time
The phone number or email you used, if you created an account
We take every case seriously and want to make sure legitimate users aren't blocked.
