Retry when ready
Common fixes:
Improve lighting — face a window or light source
Remove obstructions — take off hats, sunglasses, or anything covering your face
Use your front-facing camera on a mobile device
Check your internet connection
Most issues are resolved by improving lighting or camera positioning. If you've tried several times without success, you may be asked to wait a little while between attempts before trying again. If you still can't get verified, contact our support team.
