If the camera check doesn't pass, you'll see guidance explaining what went wrong and you can retry right away.

If it doesn't pass:

• Check the guidance on screen for what to fix

• Try the troubleshooting steps below

• Retry when ready

Request a review: After 2 attempts, you'll have the option to request a manual review where a real person takes a look at your submission.

Common fixes:

• Improve lighting — face a window or light source

• Remove obstructions — take off hats, sunglasses, or anything covering your face

• Use your front-facing camera on a mobile device

• Check your internet connection

Most issues are resolved by improving lighting or camera positioning.
